We are pleased to confirm that Vital Equipment, the company that supplies fuel for the World Rally Championship and for British Super Bikes, will also be providing an on-event refuel service at all 8 events in the BTRDA Rally Series in 2010. The company will be supplying both the Carless FIA spec 102 octane race fuel (Carless Turbo Ultimate) and a quality Super Unleaded fuel (MSA compliant) in a refuel zone before and during each event.

The BTRDA supports the use of an on-event refuel service and encourages all competitors to take advantage of this facility.
The use of an on-event refuel service improves safety for competitors and their support teams by removing the need for fuel to be carried around in cans etc. Fuel can be arranged in advance so that there is no need to source or transport your own supply. You are also assured of receiving a consistent quality fuel. Extra time is allowed in the event schedule to use the refuel zone.
If you have any doubts about the benefits of using a refuel facility, just talk to any competitor who uses them.
Environmental Spill Kits
It is a requirement in all UK forest rally championships in 2010 that each car must carry a small Environmental Spill Kit. To assist competitors in obtaining a suitable spill kit, BTRDA have purchased a quantity of kits which are available to competitors at the cost price of £6.00.
The kits contains 2 absorbent spill pads, 2 pairs of protective gloves, selection of hand wipes plus a disposal bag and tie. These are contained in a clear plastic A3 sized self sealing bag and weigh approx 250gms.
